I just made a test call to the 'FSX Activation Hotline' (number in post above). The 'robot' is alive and quite well, thank you very much. So much 'drama' about a non-issue, honestly!

a. Click Start and type regedit in the search bar and pressenter.
b. Browse to the following location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCURRENTCONTROLSETCONTROLCLASS{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
c. Find Upperfilters listed under it, and check its value, if its 0 change it to PartMgr and click OK out.
